💳 Payment & Billing Policy

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Monthly subscription services are billed automatically through our secure payment processor. Failure to maintain active billing may result in service interruption.

Subscription Billing Terms

Plans renew automatically every month until canceled.

Billing occurs every 30 days from the original signup date.

Monthly plans include remote support unless otherwise specified. In-person visits are billed separately.

You can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.

No prorated refunds for partial months.

Payments are processed securely. If payment fails, services may be paused until billing is updated.
